A new build five storey building comprising of 27 residential apartments located within South Wimbledon, London and consisting of 18 one-bedroom and 9 two-bedrooms apartments.

The proposal consisted of demolishing an existing former Phoenix Hotel that was dilapidated and not in use. The new scheme designed to be minimalist in its character but cleaver detailing using quality brickwork and interesting header stringcourse banding.

High quality double glazed aluminium windows and top floor set back treated with standing seam zinc. The top floor is constructed using METSEC steel structural framing system (SFS) whilst the structural frame constructed in instu-concrete.
