Awards for Upperton Road Student Accommodation, Leicester

We are proud to announce that Upperton Road, Student Accommodation has won the CE Midlands Value Award 2021 and was a finalist in the Offsite Awards 2021. This is our fourth new build, luxury high-end student accommodation scheme based in Leicester City for the same client and partner, Zone Developments and Stepnell.

The scheme consisting of 46 self-contained studio apartments for student living, includes a gym, cinema room, and private study areas as well as indoor and outdoor communal areas.

The project included the refurbishment of an existing block, located within a Grade II listed building, and the design and construction of two additional 3-4 storey blocks.
