Najaf Al Najaf Al Ashraf, Southern Iraq

A new mixed-uses master plan located within the holy city of Al Najaf Al Ashraf, Southern Iraq. The development designed to be pivotal in providing high standard quality housing and state of the art facilities serving the locals as well as foreign pilgrim’s needs, visiting the Holy Shrine and Imam Ali Mosque from neighbouring countries.

The master plan outline concept designed arranged over a site area of 625,000m2. The various building types strategically handpicked to meet the local government of Al-Najaf specific requirements.

The scheme contained 200+ houses of mixed sizes, two medical clinics, three schools, a hotel for 400+ guests, shopping / retail block at 50,000m2 with additional smaller retail units and leisure facilities indoor and outdoor.
