The scheme involved the full demolition of the existing 4 storey townhouse and alterations to the existing sub structure whilst providing temporary support to the adjacent properties. A new RC frame now forms the new six storey building.

Delivering this vision involved a carefully choreographed symphony of construction. Temporary support safeguarded neighbouring properties while the old structure gave way to a new reinforced concrete frame. Throughout the process, stringent quality standards reigned supreme.
